Redoux X
Fueled by a synesthetic curiosity in reimagining scent in virtual form, “Redoux X,” was created as a thought experiment to theorize what a Redoux collaboration might look like with a variety of their favorite brands and tastemakers.
Each iteration was accompanied by a custom virtual scent inspired by the “collaborator”, unique packaging, and a soap colorway—all representative of the brand’s essence.
These were posted consistently for a month as a social campaign. Each post included an animated rotating box paired with audio, video, and mood imagery.
This was Redoux’s first step into the metaverse, as they continue to explore how to communicate scent, both virtually and visually.
